To delete your profile:
- tap on the menu
- tap on “My Account”
- tap on “Delete Account”
- select your reason for deleting
- submit your email and password to confirm the deletion
If successful, a screen will appear confirming the completed deletion.
Please note that if you purchased a subscription via our main website, and not via the Google Play Store, you will have to cancel your subscription before being able to delete your account. The membership fee for the remainder of your membership cannot be refunded and the deletion of your profile cannot be reversed.
